NAVSEA has awarded the LLC a multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract in support of a wide range of engineering, technical, and programmatic services and solutions for the Virtual SYSCOM Commanders including the MSC, SSP, ONR, and the US Marine Corps. LLC has won a SEAPORT Enhanced contract covering all 7 zones within all 22 functional areas.

Teaming Members: LLC solely bid on the SeaPort-e rolling admission contract. No Sub-contractor or teaming partners are used.

Quality Assurance Program:

Our Quality Management Approach (QCMA) comprises Quality Control (QC), and Quality Assurance (QA), based on our ISO 9001:2008, and CMMI Level 3 processes. Our QCMA comprises a series of measured actions with proven results through both the QC and QA processes ensuring performance level expectations of a SeaPort-e Program.

  • LLC Quality Management Approach (QCMA)
  • Rigorous QA early on ensures that the requirements are correct and that the team is heading down the right path. Early corrective action to problems will protect the program against unnecessary cost and schedule deviations.
  • LLC institutes a QM Team (QMT) - headed by our Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) - that develops, and submits to the Seaport agency, a QA Plan (QAP), as well as, a QA Surveillance Plan (QASP).
  • The QASP defines the acceptable performance standards, dates of completion, measurement frequency, measurement and surveillance methods, and the Government Acceptance Criteria. Specific criteria is developed to establish clear expectations for quality, completeness, and consistency of each deliverable.
  • Our QMT conducts regular internal audits on required deliverables and continually monitor each TO Project Team performance on each Performance Measures against the Acceptance Criteria thresholds. The results of internal audits are documented in the pre-approved format and sent to the relevant TOPM for assessment.
  • Quality assurance reviews are conducted for each deliverable specified in the Deliverables Schedule. If there is a lengthy time lag between deliverables, the Ordering Agency Executives may request interim or "draft" deliverables for review.
  • We also establish a QA Archive as a part of the QA System. All work products and deliverables, as well as their associated review and approval forms are placed in binders and in electronic archives for future Knowledge Management.

Our Quality assurance is a continuum of practices that result in value-added capabilities for the customer.
